Job Summary: He/ she will plan, direct and control the sales force to reach the common objective assigned. Further, ensure addition of new distributor and dealer on a regular basis by proactively building and leveraging relationships with them.

Job Profile:

  • This role is primarily responsible for new dealers acquisition and business development.
  • Updating new product to distributor and dealer.
  • Ensure that daily meeting targets
  • Ensure 100% compliance of the channel Process
  • Development of new distributor and/ or dealers

Desired Profile:
Qualification: MBA/ Graduate

Experience: 3-5yrs experience in sales with min 1+ years experience in handling a team

Required Skills:
  • Should have a pleasing personality
  • Should have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Similar industry candidate will be given preference
  • Able to build credible relationships with convincing ability

Job Summary: The team leader will organize and lead a group of BDE. He/ she will plan, direct and control the sales force to reach the common objective assigned. Further, ensure addition of new dealer and distributor in assigned area.

Job Profile:
Key Responsibility Areas:
  • This role is primarily responsible for new dealers acquisition and business development though the team of executives assigned
  • Updating new product to distributor and dealer.
  • Ensure that daily meeting targets of the team are met
  • Ensuring that the Team Targets are met.
  • Ensure 100% compliance of the channel Process
  • Development of new distributor and/ or dealers

Desired Profile:
Qualification: MBA/ Graduate

Experience: 5 – 8 yrs experience in channel sales.
